The Mysterious Bright Spots on Ceres Are Made of Salt

Scientists finally found the answer about Ceres’ bright spots that puzzled them long ago. Namely, NASA’s Dawn spacecraft has spotted the white, bright spots on Ceres in March this year. Since then there have been many speculations about their texture, but the mystery is at last solved.
