Scientists Discovered the Closest Earth-Like Planet

Using data from the European Southern Observatory’s (ESO) La Silla Observatory in Chile, scientists have discovered the Earth-like planet that might be potentially the closest habitable planet so far. According to them, the planet orbits a red dwarf, known as Proxima Centauri, which is located 4.25 light-years from our planet.
