Scientists Discovered a Dwarf Galaxy Containing Star-Forming Clouds

A team of astronomers reveals that the Wolf-Lundmark-Melotte (WLM) dwarf galaxy, which is 3 million light years from Earth, produce dense clouds that can form star clusters. They are puzzled by the ability of the WLM galaxy to form stellar clusters without the density of gas and heavy elements as in the case of larger galaxies.
