Fermi Detects Strange Gamma-Ray Signal in Andromeda Galaxy

Using NASA’s Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope, scientists have detected a strange gamma-ray signal in Andromeda galaxy that might point to the presence of dark matter. The Andromeda galaxy is the closest galaxy to the Milky Way.
