Endeavour in Los Angeles

Great footage of the Space Shuttle Endeavour on its two day trip from the  two-day trip from Los Angeles International Airport through the streets of Los Angeles to the California Science Center.

The space shuttles were designed and built using technology from the seventies and to all extent and purposes are obsolete and hence the reason why they were withdrawn from service. Nasa is now working on the next generation of transport called the Orion spacecraft.
