A Black Hole Suddenly Wakes up After 26 Years of Hibernation

A black hole, 12 times larger than our Sun, from the constellation Cygnus, erupts suddenly after 26 years. On June 15th, a NASA satellite detected an X-ray nova, emerging from a binary star system called V404 Cygni.
