A Mystery of Wavelike Structures Puzzles Scientists

By using the ESA’s Very Large Telescope in Chile, astronomers have found out mysterious structures in the star AU Micropoli that are unlike any feature they have observed do far. These strange features they have spotted as wavelike arches in the planetary disc of gas and dust, where they have expected to see the birth of the young star.
