Scientists Detect the Farthest Galaxy

By using NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope and Spitzer Space Telescope, scientists have discovered a galaxy that is the most distant they have detected till today. The galaxy is known as EGS8p7 and is the oldest one – 13.2 billion years. By comparison, our Universe is 13.8 billion years old.
