Rosetta’s Landing on a Comet

After ten years of travelling through the Universe, the Rosetta spacecraft launched by the European Space Agency (ESA) is nearing the end of its mission. At this moment, Rosetta is in the comet’s orbit, preparing to launch its little robot, Philae, on the comet. This first humanity’s attempt to land on the comet, which surface is full of boulders and dirt, with irregular shape, is very risky.
