Researchers Detected Signs of Surface Frost on Moon’s South Pole

Using data from the NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO), scientists have detected the signs of surface frost on the Moon’s south pole. Namely, they have found very bright and cold areas that may indicate water ice is present in the Moon’s craters.
