Hydra Pluto’s Moon Is Covered by Pure Water Ice

Using data from the New Horizons spacecraft, scientists have found that Pluto’s outermost moon, Hydra, is covered by pure water ice. The findings reveal that its outer layer is cleaner than the shells of other Pluto’s moons.
