Colorful Nebula RCW 34 Is a Birthplace of Many Young Stars

The ESO’s Very Large Telescope has captured the glowing nebula RCW 34, also known as Gum 19. The nebula represents the region of young forming stars in the constellation Vela that is about 8,150 light-years away from the Earth.
